Terms of Service

By downloading or using Outfit Planner Wardrobe ("the app"), published by Flit Soft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app lets you photograph clothes you own, organise them into a digital wardrobe, combine them into outfits across five slots (hat, top, bottom, shoes, accessory), plan when to wear them, and generate an image showing you wearing a chosen outfit.

You need an account to use the app, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has got into your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

The photographs you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your images, to display them back to you inside the app, and to send them to our AI provider so the app can label a garment or render an outfit image you asked for. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload photographs of other people without their agreement, and do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing on someone else's rights.

The try-on images are produced by a generative AI model. They are an approximation, not a photograph. Fit, drape, fabric behaviour, proportions and colour will differ from how a garment actually looks on you. Do not rely on a generated image for a purchase decision, a measurement, or anything else where accuracy matters.

Generated images can occasionally be wrong, distorted or unflattering. That is a property of the technology, not a defect we can promise to fix.

Generation is limited to 20 images per account in any rolling 24-hour period, and one at a time. We may change these limits.

Do not use the generation feature to create images of anyone other than yourself, or to produce misleading, defamatory or explicit content.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend. Do not use the app to build a competing dataset or to resell access. Do not use automated means to bypass the generation limits.

API keys you create inside the app are for your own use with your own data. Do not share them.

The app is provided free of charge and is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that generation will always succeed, or that it will be free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

The app depends on third-party services — authentication, storage, database hosting and an AI provider. An outage at any of them can stop parts of the app from working.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flit Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of images, or decisions you made on the basis of a generated image.

Keep your own copies of photographs that matter to you.

You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen; deletion is permanent and removes your images and records.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
