Privacy Policy

Outfit Planner Wardrobe ("the app") is a mobile application published by Flit Soft. The app lets you photograph the clothes you own, combine them into outfits, and generate an image showing you wearing a chosen outfit.

This policy explains exactly what the app collects, where it is stored, who it is sent to, and how to get rid of it. Questions go to flitsoft.dev@gmail.com.

Account details. When you sign in, we receive your email address, your display name and your profile picture from the sign-in provider, and we store them together with the account identifier that provider issues. We never see or store your password.

Garment photographs. Every photo you take of a piece of clothing is stored under your account, along with anything you record about it: the category (hat, top, bottom, shoes, accessory), a name, an optional brand, a colour name and swatch, a season, free-form tags and notes.

Body photographs (optional). If you want the AI try-on feature, you can add one or more full-length photographs of yourself. These are optional. The app works as a wardrobe organiser and outfit mixer without them; only the try-on rendering requires one.

Outfits and wear history. The combinations you save, the day you plan to wear one, the occasion you label it with, whether you marked it a favourite, how many times you have worn a garment and when you last wore it.

This is the part you should read carefully.

Garment analysis. When you photograph a garment, the image is sent to OpenAI and processed by the model gpt-5.4-mini so the app can suggest the category, the colour name, a colour swatch and the season. You can edit or overwrite every one of those suggestions, and you can skip the suggestion entirely.

Outfit rendering. When you ask to see yourself in an outfit, the app sends OpenAI the body photograph you selected, the photographs of the garments in that outfit, and a text description of the outfit. The model gpt-image-1.5 returns a generated image of you wearing those clothes. That generated image is stored under your account so you can look at it again, and you can delete it.

OpenAI processes these images to produce the result and returns it to the app. We do not sell your photographs, and we do not use them to advertise to you.

We record, for each rendering, which provider and model were used and the text prompt that was sent, so that we can explain to you later how a particular image was produced.

There is a limit of 20 renderings per account in any rolling 24-hour period, and one rendering at a time.

The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no third-party tracking. We do not collect your location — the app requests no location permission at all. We do not access your microphone. We do not read your photo library in the background; the system photo picker and camera hand us only the specific images you choose.

Image files — garment photos, body photos and generated try-on images — are stored in Google Firebase Storage. The database only ever holds the address of an image, never the image bytes.

Everything else — your account record, garments, outfits, plans and wear history — is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase, in the United States (US West).

Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit with HTTPS.

Google Firebase Authentication — signs you in and issues the token that identifies you to our backend.

Google Firebase Storage — stores your image files.

Supabase — hosts the PostgreSQL database holding your wardrobe records.

OpenAI — analyses garment photographs and generates outfit images, as described in section 3.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and processes your data on our instructions in order to run the app.

Nobody. Your wardrobe is private to your account. We do not share it with other users, we do not sell it, and we do not publish it. The only disclosures we would make are to the service providers listed in section 6 so that they can perform their function, and where we are compelled by law.

If you create an API key inside the app for your own programmatic access, that key can read your own data and nobody else's. We store only a SHA-256 hash of the key and a short visible prefix; you see the full key once, when you create it. You can revoke a key at any time.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete a garment, an outfit or a generated image and it is removed. Delete your account and we remove the stored image files first, then the account record and everything attached to it — garments, body photos, outfits, plans, generation history and API keys.

Account deletion is permanent and is not reversible.

You can view every piece of data the app holds about you from inside the app, edit or delete any individual garment, outfit, body photo or generated image, and delete your whole account at any time from the profile screen.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, to have it corrected, or to object to its processing. Write to flitsoft.dev@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how the app handles your data — in particular if we add a service that receives your photographs — we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced inside the app.
